There, his intrinsic motivation propelled him into demanding surgical residencies and fellowships, where he honed his skills in cardiac surgery and robotics. His commitment to continuous growth pushed him beyond medical training, driving him to acquire an MBA from George Washington University, a Healthcare Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, and an executive certificate in Strategic Supply Chain Management from MIT, among other qualifications.
He sought to excel as a surgeon and as a healthcare leader, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in his field. The doctor’s integrity and innovation became his hallmark, performing over 3,000 open-heart surgeries, with a significant number involving minimally invasive and robotic techniques. His dedication to precision and excellence made him a sought-after consultant, lending his expertise to esteemed organizations like Edwards Lifesciences and Medtronic.
